General Guidelines for Delegates

Terms and conditions for Delegates in General

  • Consumption of alcohol and smoking in the campus or in the rooms is strictly prohibited.
  • No delegate will indulge in any form of interference like shouting or screaming causing disturbance in any manner for others.
  • The delegation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
  • Delegates must carry atleast one valid Government ID card and a valid copy of Ham Radio License that should be produced in case of a purchase at any of the exhibition counters or an auction sale.
  • Wearing lungi/skimpy dress in the campus is prohibited.
  • Parking of vehicles is allowed at the designated places only.
  • Transportation facility for delegates will be provided for groups arriving at Bengaluru City(Central), Yeshwanthpur, Yelahanka Railway Stations.
  • No transport is arranged for delegates arriving at Kempagowda International Airport. They can avail public taxi/cab service to the event venue. Cab drivers are known to be sincere and they are very systematically monitored. Distance from the airport is around 24 km and it takes hardly 20 minutes. Location details with google maps direction will be published.
  • High degree of discipline is expected from the delegates during the convention.
  • Delegates who are not able to attend HAMFEST INDIA 2018, can authorize any one registered delegate in writing to collect the Complimentary Kit or the Souvenir if provided, which will be issued on the 30th of December 2018 after lunch.
  • Right to Admission reserved.
  • All disputes are subject to Bengaluru Jursidiction.

Please note:Facilities in the REVA UNIVERSTIY CAMPUS and Outside - ATM is available at the main gate of the campus. Food/snacks/coffee shops are available in the campus and outside within max one km. There is a Fuel Bunk nearly 500 metres from the main gate. Major shops/restaurants should not be more than 2 km away for delegates looking in any direction. Medical Centres & Saloon Shops can be availed inside the campus.
